  • Socially active: Sign up for group classes or a team sport, or find a buddy to walk or swim with.
  • Independently active: Walk or jog a measured course around the neighborhood, swim laps to match your goal, do circuit training, or use exercise equipment with set goals.
  • Creatively active: Give yourself permission to walk in the snow, ride your bike, golf when a friend calls. Promise yourself you’ll do it—nearly everyday.
